So it was inevitable that I would miss a week and then another and maybe it was for the best that it happened early on so I already have som missed weeks and don’t have to worry about it being a long streak. Plan is to get back to posting weekly from week 10 again.

Not only posting about training has been schetchy but actual training has not been consistent during these weeks. I have done a few runs outside and some on the treadmill and some work in the gym and a few yoga sessions before I started coming down with a man-cold in the middle of the week. It is still off season so nothing to worry about and I usually get a decent cold per year and i hope this was it. It also was not to bad and I could function trough it with some decongestants as help. Feeling a lot better today and did a 30 min decent paced walk this morning.
