Just another morning run with walk breaks to recover from the long run on the weekend.

Same ‘ol, same’ol morning routine with a morning run but it is always get out for a run in the morning.

I went out little bit later this Saturday and had no decided route but more a time limit and I hit that one pretty spot on. This was back to continuous run without any walk break..

Some core work with the exercise ball. I’m trying work in some more core work in my routine in an effort to get stronger.
